FRUIT ICE CREAM AND COTTON CLOTHING
Summer begins, the games, the vacations and also the heat. Mac Ilusión is going to propose two very simple things to cheer you up and make the little ones in the house happy: a good ice cream and a good cotton garment.
Who doesn’t like ice cream in summer? And if it’s homemade, then even better.
Strawberry, orange, pear, banana, peach, choose the seasonal fruits that you like best and go ahead, it’s super easy, healthy and nutritious.
There are many advantages to enjoying a good ice cream when it’s hot. Before getting started, make sure you have some containers to make the ice cream in, the popsicle makers with the sticks will be the most fun for you and your baby. Choose a combination of ripe fruits that are in season to ensure they contain natural sugars.
Peel the fruit, chop it up, blend it, and fill the moulds, it’s that simple. Banana and orange is a classic, strawberry and banana is also a very tasty combination. Melon, watermelon, peaches, pears, or any other choice is ideal to prepare this superfood that can also alleviate gum pain when the first teeth appear. You can also add breast milk or formula for extra creaminess and nourishment, you can even add a little yogurt.
If you want the ice cream to have several colours and flavours, you will have to freeze it several times, once for each layer of fruit. Scrape the surface of each layer with a fork so that it adheres to the next. And don’t forget to insert the stick when the ice cream is almost frozen.

But the heat continues to climb and sometimes we cannot stand any clothes except those made of cotton, the fabric that nature has created especially for summer. Yes, natural cotton clothing is the coolest choice to dress babies with, and the rest of the family. But what are the reasons for this?

It is easy to put on and take off and allows total freedom of movement. What more can we ask for? Other than of course, that it is easy to wash and that it is durable.
