More than 50 years of weaving illusion

The illusion of three friends.
Manuel, Arturo, and Carmen decide to design and manufacture hand-knitted baby clothes. Day and night work gives shape to the first sweetest garments for the first months of babies’ lives.
Entrepreneurial spirit.
Using the acronyms of their names, they set up the company MAC ILUSION. The first collections of baby towels, jumpers, and underwear are launched on the market. They don’t know it, but their clothes and their brand will be sold almost all over the world.
Technological evolution.
In the following years, production evolves with the times, from hand-operated straight knitting machines, to mechanical to electric ones. MAC ILUSION becomes a reference company in knitted garments for babies.

The second generation of the family.
Carmen and Oscar, attentive to technological changes, take a new leap forward with electronic knitting machines in search of efficiency. Natural fibers are incorporated to achieve the safest and most delicate garments for babies.
New horizons.
With renewed energy, internationalization and the first exports begin. New technologies make it possible to make the design and production changes and adaptations necessary to dress babies all over the world.

Mac Ilusion maintains a staff of local workers who are responsible for the design, quality, and all the details that make its garments unique. Mac Ilusion is committed to the latest textile technology with the aim of implementing quality in all its products. Nowadays, sustainability has become an essential objective for the company.
