Implementation of the lean manufacturing management system in the clothing section of the company Artesania Mac, SA
The company ARTESANIA MAC, SA has carried out a project to improve the company’s production processes, specifically in the manufacturing section by adapting Lean Manufacturing tools, a method of continuous improvement that allows them to be more agile in the preparation of orders. , optimization of resources, generating more value and improving productivity.
For the execution of this project, ARTESANIA MAC has obtained financial support from IVACE through the Digitaliza CV Program. Likewise, Support from the European Union has also been obtained for having selected the project in P.O FEDER of the Valencian Community 2021-2027
“Aid for investments to improve the competitiveness and sustainability of industrial SMEs in the sectors of the Valencian Community of footwear, ceramics, metal-mechanical, textile, toys, marble, wood-furniture and lighting, chemicals, automotive, plastic, packaging and packaging, paper and graphic arts, waste recovery, biotechnology, audiovisual production and video game production, within the fourth phase of implementation of the Strategic Plan of the Valencian industry for the year 2022, convened by the DEPARTMENT OF SUSTAINABLE ECONOMY, PRODUCT SECTORS, TRADE AND WORK“ has received a subsidy of €39,626.13 for the execution of the project: PRODUCTIVE EXPANSION 2022
“Aid aimed at promoting the sustainable economy in the Valencian Community for the financial year 2022”, convened by the DEPARTMENT OF SUSTAINABLE ECONOMY, PRODUCTS, TRADE AND WORK SECTORS, has received a subsidy of €3,000 for the preparation and implementation of the report of sustainability.
Artesania Mac, S.A. Within the framework of the ICEX Export Initiation Program, it has had the support of ICEX and co-financing from the European FEDER fund. The purpose of this support is to contribute to the International development of the company and its environment.
